  3. Change the file type and creator of any file dropped onto this program.

  5. Prompts for the file type and creator, and changes all files dropped at
  6. the same time to the same type and creator.

  10. Think C code is available. (On the InterNet, FTP to ftp.apple.com and look in the directory pub/nerdtools.  If you got it somewhere else, check with your source.)
